1. Where are you based?

We are a small family business based in Warwickshire, in the UK. We create custom photo magnets and photo badges that turn your favourite memories into keepsakes you can see every day.

2. What kind of product do you make?

We create custom and personalized products for both personal and business use, including:

  • Business logo magnets & badges
  • Business cards
  • Magnetic Numbers card set
  • Magnetic Alphabet card set

Our products are perfect for gifts, educational activities, or promoting your brand!

3. What sizes are available?

All our products are approximately 2 × 3 inches (5 × 7.5 cm), including:

  • Custom photo magnets & badges
  • Business logo magnets & badges
  • Business cards
  • Magnetic Numbers card set
  • Magnetic Alphabet card set
  • Mother's Day magnet cards

4. How many products are in one set?

Our magnets and badges sets are sold in different pieces:

  • Custom photo or logo magnets/badges: 6, 12 and 18 pieces
  • Magnetic number card set: 20 magnets (numbers 1-20)
  • Magnetic alphabet card set: 26 magnets (letters A-Z)

5. Do you fulfill bulk orders?

Yes, our bulk orders are sold in sets of 60, 90 and 120.

6. How do I place my order?

The process is simple!

Just upload your photos directly from your mobile, PC or social media you'd like for your magnets or badges and proceed to checkout.

Once you have placed your order, I transform them into beautiful magnets or badges and send them off to you within 24 to 48 hours depending on your order.

7. When will I get my order?

I do my best to process orders in 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the UK.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number so you can track your order.

9. Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we only ship within the UK, but we’re working on expanding internationally. Shipping to Europe, the USA, and Canada will be available soon.

10. How much is the shipping?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order. You’ll see the exact price at checkout.
